Located just above the coastal village of Nidri, amidst lush olive groves, Villa Marianna is a brand new villa combining traditional Greek style with modern design. Surrounded by beautiful Mediterranean gardens, villa Marianna is the perfect spot for a great holiday. Villa Marianna is approximately 1 km from the village of Nidri so within easy walking distance and it is only 400m to the village of Paliokatouna where there is a fantastic taverna overlooking Nidri and the islands beyond – a beautiful view to enjoy whilst trying some of the local delicacies. Relax on the terrace, swim in the private swimming pool, enjoying picking your own vegetables from your own garden tended by the owner Villa Marianna is the perfect spot for a summer holiday.
Upon entering the villa there is a large open plan kitchen-lounge with large French windows that open out on to a covered terrace. This is the perfect spot to enjoy lunch or dinner or just to sit and take in the beautiful sea views. Please note3, there is a new building lower than villa Marianna which slightly obscures the sea view. The private swimming pool is directly outside the lounge area and the built BBQ is just next to the eating area making it very easy to enjoy those evenings when you just want to stay at home and enjoy a delicious home cooked meal.
The kitchen is fully equipped with all the mod cons you would need during your holiday and the spacious lounge, with large windows, allow for the beautiful view to penetrate the villa; the deep blue sea, dotted with little islands as far as the eye can see. The ground floor also has a bathroom with shower cubicle and the washing machine is located in this bathroom.
On the upper floor, Villa Marianna has two bedrooms, a Master Bedroom plus a Twin Bedroom plus another bathroom with shower cubicle. The Twin Bedroom with windows overlooking the swimming pool can be made up as a Double on request. The Double Bedroom is next to the Twin and both have access to the balcony where you can enjoy gorgeous views over Nidri and to the little islands beyond.
The owners live close to villa Marianna but the villa is hidden by a high hedge and fence so you can enjoy your privacy during your holiday.
Villa Marianna sleeps 4 in the two bedrooms and the lounge has full size sofa beds that can accommodate two more people.
