Located just above the coastal village of Nidri, amidst lush olive groves, Villa Serenity is a brand new modern villa offering stunning sea views across Lefkas’ satellite islands and beyond to the mainland. Surrounded by beautiful Mediterranean gardens, villa Serenity is the perfect spot for a great holiday. Villa Serenity is approximately 1.3 km from the village of Nidri so within easy walking distance and it is only 350m to the village of Paliokatouna where there is a fantastic taverna with beautiful views to enjoy whilst trying some of the local delicacies. Whether you just want to relax on the terrace, swim in the private infinity pool, prepare a BBQ and enjoy an evening at home, or choose on of the many walks in the area; Villa Serenity is the perfect spot for a summer holiday.

Upon entering the villa there is a large open plan lounge with large windows that open out on to the terrace – a perfect spot to just to sit and take in the beautiful sea views. The private swimming pool is a few steps lower than the terrace and is equipped with sunbeds and sun umbrellas.

The kitchen is fully equipped with all the mod cons you would need during your holiday and has large sliding windows that open out onto an outdoor dining area equipped with a BBQ and outdoor dining table. There is also indoor dining next to the kitchen.

On the upper floor, Villa Serenity has a Master Bedroom with en suite bathroom with shower cubicle. Large windows allow for lying in bed and enjoying the gorgeous views plus there is a balcony accessed through sliding windows if you want some privacy and quiet. Two more Bedrooms are located down a couple of steps from the lounge and share a bathroom with shower and bath – these bedrooms can be made up as doubles or twin beds. Large sliding windows lead directly out to the pool area from the bedrooms.
Villa Serenity has a large parking area that can easily fit at least 3 cars.
