Morgan Villa Management…..more than just ‘Villa Management’.
Morgan Villa Management is a family run business based on Lefkas. We formed in 2008 with two aims; first and foremost to provide a bespoke service tailored to the individual requirements of each holiday maker and secondly to build a close relationship with home owners, working together to deliver the best possible experience to guests. We hand-pick our properties visiting each one in person before deciding if it should be included in our portfolio.
Having worked in the villa hospitality and service industry for many years whilst living locally and immersing ourselves in Greek life, we identified a gap in the market for a villa management company which could provide a professional, reliable and tailor made service. Our unique team is made up of skilled local people who take pride in their work and who are dedicated to providing top quality care. We put our heart into caring for each property.

Our relationship with holiday makers starts long before the holiday begins, from the first enquiry we will do our utmost to ensure an efficient and uniquely personal service. Upon arrival you will be greeted at your villa and given an unobtrusive welcome meeting tailored to the type of holiday you desire.
We have hand-picked experienced local workers whose personalities match their skills and who take great pride in their work. A friendly and approachable member of the Morgan Villa Management Team will always be available to help ensure your holiday meets every expectation.
Lilias
My family made the beautiful unspoilt island of Lefkas our home way back in 1976. The island, and all things Greek, immediately held a special place in my heart so it was no surprise that I choose to study Modern Greek with Greek and Roman Studies at university. I returned to Lefkas in 1995 with the intention of setting up a school to teach Greek as a foreign language but fell into tourism instead!
Inspired by my love of Lefkas and the idea of being able to share my experiences and knowledge of the island, I set up Morgan Villa Management in 2009. My team and I now offer the best villas in the most beautiful locations and provide a personalized service that will exceed expectations throughout your booking and holiday experience.

Having completed my degree in Music, I decided to take the plunge and head to Lefkada in a ‘now or never’ kind of decision. Since then I’ve never looked back and feel privileged every day that I wake up on this beautiful island. I love the way of life here, combined with the kindness and generosity of the Greek people. Helping our guests to fully experience Lefkada in all its glory is one of the best parts of the job.

Our resident Greek chef Maria can always be relied on to deliver culinary delights to the team during long days of pre-season set up work in the villas! Born and bred on Lefkada Island, she has seen the villa industry go from strength to strength in the last decade and takes great pride in looking after the properties as though they were her own home.
