Villa Kynthia is a superb villa with unobstructed views directly over the Ionian Sea. Cleverly designed, villa Kynthia has a modern, spacious and airy interior and a carefully designed exterior with a number of seating areas on a lovely large terrace around the private pool.

The modern uncluttered décor allows for natural light to stream through the spacious villa bringing the outdoors into this beautiful property; the combination of metal and wood, throughout the villa, blend harmoniously with the surroundings to create an immediate ‘holiday’ feel.

The main entrance leads straight into a comfortable open-plan lounge and fully equipped kitchen – dining room. The large comfortable corner sofa surrounded by soft vintage lighting makes the perfect spot for relaxing and enjoying the sea view. The Master bedroom is furnished with a large double four poster bed decorated with natural muslin and the picture frame windows allow the sunlight and sea views to stream in to the bedroom. The Double bedroom, with large double bed, has direct access to the pool terrace. The very spacious Twin bedroom has two single beds plus a sofa and comfy bean bags set up around a flat screen TV with Playstation.

The private pool terrace is designed with your comfort and enjoyment in mind. Plenty of wooden sunbeds with thick mattresses adorn the terrace along with large and comfy cushions that you can just sink into and enjoy reading a book or just taking in the amazing sea views. Sun umbrellas provide shade and the lovely built BBQ and outdoor dining area is shaded by a mature Linden Tree making it great for enjoying breakfast, lunch or dinne
