Villa Fevronia

Villa Fevronia is a gorgeous three bedroom villa with a separate one bedroom studio, perched directly above Passa Beach on the East Coast of Lefkas. Surrounded by aromatic herbal plants, Olive and Cypress trees it offers a lovely relaxing environment to enjoy the unobstructed views across the Ionian Sea and out to the satellite Islands, Sparti, Madouri, Scorpios and Meganisi.

The main entrance leads straight into a very spacious open plan lounge with flat screen TV, dining room and kitchen. Large French doors lead out to the verandah, which has a selection of furniture to lounge on, or to enjoy an evening meal under the stars.

The lower level, accessed by a sweeping interior staircase, leads to a second lounge and the three bedrooms. The Master Bedroom has a large double bed and en suite bathroom with shower cubicle. The Double (can be made up as a Twin) and the Twin have direct access to a shared bathroom with bath and large shower enclosure. Separate to the main house is our private studio which has its own kitchen and bathroom. All bedrooms and studio have air conditioning and direct access to a shared balcony and the private pool.

The outdoor spaces are thoughtfully and artistically designed with a spacious pool terrace around the private pool, built charcoal BBQ with preparation area and sink, outdoor dining, shaded areas to escape the midday sun and plenty of seating from which to enjoy the stunning view over the turquoise waters of the Ionian.

The private swimming pool is accessed by steps from the upper lounge, lower level and studio. The gorgeous infinity effect of the swimming pool allows for nothing to detract from the sea views and you can laze in the sun or under the stars just taking in this amazing Ionian View.
